Our Current Volunteers
Our eight week #NoLimits programme involves training, mentoring and support while you work voluntarily at WE DO. Print. You will have the opportunity for experience in different departments, from design and production to marketing and finance so you can find out what interests you and what you’re good at.
You will also receive help writing a CV and searching for a new job, enabling you to move one step closer to where you want to be. Most importantly, you will learn from people who have been through similar challenges to you – and come out the other side. Work Experience
We’ll arrange a work experience placement for you
As well as gaining real work experience volunteering in WE.DO. Print, we’ll arrange for you to go to another place of work. This block of work experience is usually for about two weeks. Our volunteers love getting first-hand experience of another workplace because they are taking a step forward into the world of work.
The #NoLimits Programme is aimed at preparing you for work. And usually, before an employer will offer you a job, they will ask you if you have work experience. If you can say you have work experience, you can prove that you know how to behave in a work place, and an employer will be more interested in hiring you.
Depending on where you go and what you want to do, you’ll watch and take part in the work that is being done there. When we arrange your work experience, we’ll find a setting that you’re happy with, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
