Where are they now? Jordan is now working at The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury.

“My job at the Roses Theatre is going great! The Kickstart placement is coming to end in August, but they are hoping to offer me a paid job. I have been doing front of house work as well as working on the bar and I am getting better every day!”

“I am 25 years old and live in Cheltenham with my family. I went to Bournside School in Cheltenham and then I went directly to Gloucestershire college after that to study employability/ English as I didn’t have the grades to progress into a levels. One of the last courses I did was a trainee course, which was quite intense, but I feel coming to Commercial Foundation is a great decision that I made because it is interesting to see the different ways of working, so far I have no regrets at all. My future plans are to work within hospitality as a receptionist and build my confidence”
