Hi my name is Cole I am 19 and live in Gloucestershire. I live with my family (I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters). Before joining the Commercial Foundation I had spent a lot of time in my bedroom which wasn’t good for my Mental Health, but now, since getting into a routine, I try my best to go outside and play football with friends.

When lock down had struck I was still in College, as Covid had hit harder I decided to leave College and in doing so I found my way to Commercial Foundation. The Foundation is helping me with so much, like fixing my sleeping schedule and helping me with a CV. My end goal is to have a healthy life.
