We don’t do what we do to win awards or to receive praise from others. It might sound a bit corny, but the only rewards we need is to see the results of what we do.
To see the lives of the young adults on our #NoLimits programme being transformed: To see them gain confidence and new skills – that really is the only reward we need.
But that’s not to say we don’t appreciate it when we are singled out for praise and have a new and shiny trophy to add to the shelf.
This year we are thrilled to have won not one, but two gongs in the SME News UK Enterprise Awards.

We were proud to be singled out as the Best Youth Outreach Organisation in Gloucestershire, because that really gets down to the nub of what we do.
Our aim is to work with young adults who have perhaps fallen through the cracks and to offer them a second chance, to be told we are the best in the county is a real thrill.
So to then take the award for the Best Sustainable CIC Business in South West England was the cherry on the cake.
Sustainability is such a fundamentally-important thing to us and the awards show that we are true to our word and that sustainability is part of our DNA. So thank you, SME News for the double honour. We are thrilled. But please don’t be offended when we say that receiving these awards is just an added extra.- Adam Miller. Director. Commercial Foundation
What we take greatest pride in, is giving a person that second chance, in getting the job that had previously alluded them, or that place on a training course they had previously struggled to get.
That will be what continues to inspire and guide us in the weeks, months and years to come.
